Performance evaluation ran outside any single system. Data sat with individual departments, evaluations were manual, and there was no shared view of how the organization was performing.
Our Solution
We led the end-to-end design and implementation of a custom PMS platform — designing the UI/UX in Figma and working alongside the MIS developers to build it — then rolled it out across every operating division over six months.
